1 Acceptance of Terms

3 Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the originating bank. juan367 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically feasible. juan367 aims to process approved withdrawal requests within twenty-four (24) to seventy-two (72) hours. Processing times may be extended where KYC verification is pending or where a withdrawal triggers an AML review. juan367 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on juan367 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

8 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the juan367 platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content on the platform without prior written consent from juan367.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, juan367 and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

juan367's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit juan367's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

10 Privacy and Data

juan367 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11 Responsible Gaming

Nothing in this clause shall prevent juan367 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
